- 1/2 Cup Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tsp Orange, zest
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Scoop Whey
- 3 Tbsp Chia seeds

Mix together orange juice, orange zest, whey and honey

Pour into bowls or glasses and let sit 5-8 minutes
