I was eating the wrong kind of food which made me feel bloated, constant headaches and terrible mood swings. Been little over a month now and I can see the changes in me. Varsha has made me eat right... Not a diet exactly!
Till I met Varsha I never thought I could do fasting but now I try to do Intermittent Fasting weekly 3-5 days. It’s super coool and makes me feel really lite.
Not only have I reached the so called magical 25kg mark but also my iron level (Hb) has come up from 9.2 to 10.9. Varsha’s no nonsense approach, her clear explanation of things with basis, her sternness ? , honesty and her personal touch has made significant difference in how I look and how I feel!
